Vary Natural Publishing provides music publishing administration services including, but not limited to, PRO registration, mechanical licensing, copyright filing, and sync licensing representation. These services are offered on a fee-for-service basis, with fees paid upfront.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using our services, you confirm that all information you submit is accurate and that you own or control the rights to any content or music you provide to us.

3. Payments

All service fees are due upfront unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. We also retain a 10% administrative share of any royalties collected on your behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your music and creative works. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to register, manage, and administer your works as necessary to fulfill our services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. We are not liable for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if a user violates these Terms or uses the service unlawfully. You may also terminate services at any time; however, any completed work or fees paid are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site and services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
